NTA Opens Marine Vessels’ Regulation & Registration Center in Fujairah Print E-mail

The new center offers licensing permits for maritime activities, such as marine licenses, registration and cancellation certificates for tourist boats, maritime freighters, among other licensing services. Furthermore, the center’s services oversee regulation of safe and proper utilization of the marine theater and enhancing service provision to customers owning or leasing various marine vessels (recreational or mercantile). 
Upon the inauguration, H.E. Dr. Nasser Saif Al Mansouri–NTA Director General underlined the importance of spreading NTA services throughout the UAE in order to reach the broadest possible segment of customers, to facilitate issuance of marine licenses to clients as close as possible to their places of residence, and to uplift the quality of service provision in compliance with one of the cardinal standards adopted by the NTA.
